Rates
Based on the outcome of the first interview SolutionS will develop an integrated therapy plan, including an itemised cost specification.
The costs for admission to a clinic in the Netherlands are covered by the Health Care Act, and will therefore largely be reimbursed by your insurance company. Depending on the terms of your policy (reimbursement, in kind or supplementary insurance), the compensation will be determined based on the current Health Care Authority fee system (DBC rates). As for health care that is not covered by insurance and that is part of our total treatment programme, we will charge € 5000 for an admission of 4 weeks in the Netherlands, with a 3-month aftercare procedure. These costs are to be paid in advance, when you sign the treatment contract. Depending on your insurance company, your own share in these costs will be determined afterwards.
Again, depending on your insurance company it may also be that a stay in a foreign clinic is partially reimbursed. We would be happy to advise you on the options and on the application procedure.
Fees and costs will be calculated and invoiced based on following rates:

- The costs of the intake interview/first evaluation* will be put on your invoice when a treatment agreement is signed.
- All rates as specified are inclusive of VAT where due.
- The rates as specified are subject to adjustment or exchange rate fluctuations.
- The kilometre allowance for counsellor visits outside the SolutionS offices is set at € 0.20 per kilometre.
- All services provided by SolutionS are governed by the General Terms & Conditions of SolutionS Addiction Treatment Consultants (filed at the Chamber of Commerce under no. 20077797).
