Addiction problems at work
Several (governmental) organisations and a number of companies have called in SolutionS to help them draw up an alcohol and drugs policy and, in this context, to treat addicts in their ranks.
Alcohol and drugs policy in the workplace
The main purpose of the policy to be drawn up is to provide insight into the issue and to prevent problems. The ultimate purpose is the reduction of absenteeism, thus increasing the productivity of the employees. We would very much like to make our expertise in this area available to new customers.
