Treatment Plan
The results of the intake interview are used to formulate a comprehensive and detailed Treatment Plan , i.e. a tailored approach including all the necessary steps aimed at a structural solution of the problems. The Treatment Plan consists of a detailed outline of the situation, the proposed treatment process, the goals, a time frame and a cost estimate.
Follow-up interview
During the follow-up interview, SolutionS and the clients agree on a tailored Treatment Plan. The treatment process will the focus on the client. We will, however, include a proposal that involves loved ones as well.
