Clinics for addiction care
Admission for intensive treatment can be arranged in one of the SolutionS private addiction clinics. These clinics are located in Antigua, England, Germany, Portugal, South Africa and the USA. Since early 2008, treatment can also be arranged in SolutionS’ own private clinic in the Netherlands.
In the SolutionS Center at Apeldoornsestraat in Voorthuizen, as well as in the clinics abroad, SolutionS offers a programme based on the Twelve-Step Minnesota Model. This programme runs for at least 28 days. The focus always lies on the changes that a client must make in order to achieve a lifestyle turnaround. Spiritual counselling holds a special place within the programme. The treatment process focuses on the client, however, in consultation with him/her, loved ones will also be involved, as a family programme is an important part of the process.
Check-in and admission to clinic
It is possible to check in, in one of our exclusive partner clinics within 24 hours of the first interview.
Admission for a brief, effective detox treatment (in the Netherlands or in a neighbouring country) can be arranged immediately after the first meeting.
Treatment in a clinic is not always necessary.
In consultation with the client, SolutionS draws up a detailed and fully tailored treatment plan, including a time frame and a cost estimate. SolutionS will also check possibilities for insurance reimbursement for you.
In the Netherlands SolutionS has been acknowledged by insurance companies as a mental health care institution in the addiction care domain. This means that the costs for treatment are largely covered by health care insurance. The level of remunerations depends on individual policy conditions.
Addiction therapy
The SolutionS counsellors ensure maximum completion of the treatment process; from the first consultation to the very end of the aftercare process.
The SolutionS treatment team consists of psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, doctors and counsellors, all of whom have extensive knowledge of and experience with addiction, symptoms of depression and burn-out.
All clients have their own key-counsellor who will be responsible for their entire treatment. The counsellor always knows exactly what is going on and what arrangements have been agreed on. The counsellor is also the linchpin with family members and other loved ones. If the client is admitted to a foreign clinic, he not only gets a local counsellor, but there will be a case-manager in the Netherlands as well. The case-manager knows about the client’s progress and he will make sure that the right information gets to the right person the right way. The case manager is also the linchpin with family members and other loved ones.
Moreover, all clients have their own case manager. Our experienced case managers ensure the entire organisation and coordination of treatment goes according to plan, so that the client is able to fully focus on recovering. Our case managers are also the linchpin with family members and/or partners. They are in close contact with the counsellors and therapists in our clinics and ensure that information reaches the right person.
SolutionS offers the unique Family Intervention Plan for family members and close friends of people in denial of their addiction.
